Return Policy

This Returns Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns, refunds and exchanges of products purchased on We R Local. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased on We R Local
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as when received.
  • Certain items, such as sales items, perishable goods, personalised items, or intimate products, may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Time Limits

  • If the wrong item was delivered to you, your item arrives damaged on delivery, your item is missing parts, or you changed your mind and you no longer want the item, you must return it to the respective vendor within 10 business days of delivery.
  • Warranty period: you must return defective items within 6 months of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Before initiating a return, please ensure the product is eligible for a return and you are within the stipulated time lines, see points 1 and 2 above.
  • Please complete and submit the Request to Return form on the We R Local website.
  • If all requirements are met, you will receive a reply with details of how to proceed.
  • Please note shipping fees for returns are payable by the customer, unless the incorrect goods were delivered or the goods were already damaged on receipt.

4. Exchanges

  • Once the vendor has received the returned product and verified its condition, they will communicate the details regarding the shipment of the replacement product.
  • Please note shipping fees for the replacement products are payable by the customer, unless the incorrect goods were delivered or the goods were already damaged on receipt.

5. Refunds

  • Once the vendor has received the returned product and verified its condition, they will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be made into banking details supplied by the customer.
  • Please allow for 7 business days from date of vendor receiving the returned goods, for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

6. Warranty Claims

  • Before initiating a claim, please ensure the product is eligible for a claim and you are within the stipulated time line, see points 1 and 2 above.
  • Please complete and submit the Request to Return form on the We R Local website.
  • If all requirements are met, you will receive a reply with details of how to proceed.
