Absolutely, that is why We R Local was founded, to support local and create a marketplace for locally made products only. Some products may be designed and manufactured locally, but raw materials may originate from abroad.
2Can I order from multiple Vendors on one checkout?
We R Local caters for multiple purchases with one checkout. Please note that multiple delivery costs may apply, as each Vendor charges for delivery independently. Delivery fees may vary according to areas, weight and volume.

4What is the cost of delivery?
Orders are shipped directly from Vendors and so delivery fees may vary according to areas, weight and volume. Please note that if you have selected multiple products from various vendors, more than one delivery fee may apply, as each Vendor charges for delivery independently. Your total delivery fee will be visible and charged at checkout.
5How is my order delivered?
Delivery options are via courier, either door to door or pick up at the pick-up point you would have selected at checkout, or you can select to collect directly from the vendor. Please note, not all vendors may offer the option to collect directly from them, but if they do it will be an option when checking out. We R Local encourages all our vendors to utilise professional and trusted courier services for deliveries.
Please note that your orders are shipped directly from the Vendors, so if you have ordered from multiple vendors in one checkout, you will receive separate deliveries from each vendor.
6How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery will be within 4 to 6 working days from date of order, depending on your shipping selection and delivery address. Please note custom made orders will differ, but the lead-time will be stipulated on the product page.
7Where can I track my parcel?
We will email you with all the relevant shipping information such as Courier Company and Tracking Number/s once your order has been shipped.
8Can I cancel my order?
You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which your order has being shipped. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.
